I've spent over a decade in software design and the last five years applying that same eye to UX and product management. I don't just manage roadmaps — I still think in flows, hierarchies, and the small frictions that make or break how a feature actually feels to use.

That dual lens lets me sit comfortably between complex technical systems and the humans who have to use them, translating dense backend logic, data pipelines, and infrastructure constraints into workflows that make sense on first use — not after a training doc.
